The Engraved Hourglass Nebula is a young planetary nebula and is 8,000 light-years away from the Earth. It is in the constellation Musca and is showing that it is a dying star due to gases being released from the star. Some examples of these gases are: Oxygen, Carbon, Helium and Nitrogen.
